Last weekend I had the best time showing myself some self-love and care that I thought I’d share with all of you!
Being at home on a regular basis has made me recenter my focus on self-care and personal development.
I love to combine multiple forms of mind-body practices including aromatherapy, art therapy, writing therapy, and ecotherapy.
One thing I will say about these mind-body self-care practices is that they are not intended to be used as a replacement to seeing a licensed mental health professional or therapist.
I do believe that there is value in talk therapy and I do recommend that if you’re interested in it to do so. However, what I love about these particular practices is that they are unique to you.
I can structure these practices in a variety of ways to meet my needs and do it from the comfort of my own home.
