This Women's History Month, let’s take a moment to recognize the incredible women who have shaped the wellness industry. From nutrition and mental health to fitness and holistic living, these trailblazers are paving the way for healthier lifestyles and inspiring others along the journey.
Shifting the Paradigm: The Impact of Influential Women
The wellness industry has transformed drastically in recent years, prompting a new generation of women to actively manage their health. Often motivated by personal experiences, these women ignite positive change in their communities. Women like Fannie Lou Hamer and Dr. Jocelyn have each had a powerful impact, making wellness more accessible to many while advocating for underrepresented voices.
Statistics show that 88% of women believe that wellness is about being healthy mentally, emotionally, and physically, highlighting the diverse dimensions of wellness that women are addressing. 1. Fannie Lou Hamer
